Do I need a rain sensor?

The SmartMowing feature, only available on Indego S+, proactively finds out if it is raining and will avoid this time and re-schedule. Other mowers tend to have rain sensors that return to the dock once it senses there is rain whilst mowing.

What happens to the grass clippings?

By cutting little and often, Indego only cuts a few mm of grass, which makes the grass clippings really small. They break down naturally and act as a natural fertiliser for your lawn, feeding it healthy nutrients to foster grass growth.

How does the automatic charging work?

Indego has a weather proof charging station. Depending on your garden size, Indego may need to return to the dock multiple times to complete a full cut of your lawn, but it will do this automatically.

What about security?

Indego has a PIN code, so if it is ever picked up, the user will have to enter the PIN. The PIN can be changed inside the app. If the mower is stolen, the Indego S+ models can be tracked via the cellular connection.
